Simply design dengan putih attracted me to Come. Good place and decorated using white tone. Like there design and food enak. Atmosphere bagus. This is a good choice in this mall. Sofa seat and space enough and not so crowded after 3pm full house. Gelato mau coba oolong tea next time. Tidak Ada mahal.

Lou Café at Living World Alam Sutera is definitely one of the best choices for gelato and desserts. The gelato tastes amazing with lots of flavors to choose from, and they also offer a wide variety of desserts that are just as tempting. The place itself is really nice, with a cool and cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. The service was friendly and attentive, making the overall experience very enjoyable. A great spot if you’re looking to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Strawberry cake jelly is so pretty with many layers of small decorative things on top. Tried the Gelato pistachio and the vanilla. Very smooth and the sweetness is just right. Texture was also on point. Coffee is not their strong point. It's just so so. Could be much improved.

Lou Patisserie nailed it—their Americano is smooth and bold, especially paired with a chewy, chocolatey cookie that hits all the right notes. The egg tart was flaky perfection with creamy custard, and the sweet potato fries delivered crispy, sweet bliss. Must-visit for these treats!

I bought their gelato and danish pastry—both were delicious. The gelato was creamy and the danish pastry was buttery and flaky. Special thanks to Putri for the great and friendly service. Will definitely come back!

Very cozy and intimate ambience. The lighting was comfortably dim, the place was quiet, really suitable to have intimate dinner or dessert time with the closest ones or simply to take some quality time alone. I ordered Giant Ferrero and a cup of latte. The Giant Ferrero was a big chocolate mousse with brownies on the inside, all wrapped in chocolate and nuts on the outside. It was fulfilling, but the chocolate mousse was average tbh (mixing it with nuts would add more dimension to the taste and texture I think), a bit too sweet, but thats all. I expected better distinct taste for such price. The service was good, the staff was well-acknowledged on the products and was informative in giving recommendations.

Tryin their gelato was a good choices , pick 3 flavour which is oolong jasmine , earl grey and maple syrup. All taste good especially the oolong jasmine one , mas aldi also a good helper to , ambience was nice everything good , totally recomend , btw also try their au pain chocolate but forgot to snap a pic , their pastry also good
